Cancellation policy

At our restaurant, we prepare in advance based on your reservation by arranging ingredients, setting up tables, and scheduling staff. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
We have established the following cancellation policy. Please review it when making a reservation.

Regarding Reservation Cancellations

◎ If you need to cancel or modify the number of guests for your reservation, please contact us by email or phone.
◎ A cancellation fee will apply after the following deadlines:
One day before: Deposit total
On the day of reservation：100% of food price

Other

◎ In case of cancellation due to bad weather such as typhoons or heavy snowfall, the fee will be waived if you notify us in advance.
◎ If you fail to show up on the reservation day without prior notice, the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
